How soon will my order be dispatched?
For in-stock items (EPDM, cold-applied systems, membranes, tools), orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched same working day. Orders after this time are processed the next business day.
Do you provide installation guidance?
While we don’t offer installation services, we do provide expert technical advice on compatibility, application, and usage for EPDM, liquid systems, primers, adhesives, and tools. Just ask—we’re here to help.
Are your roofing materials suitable for UK climates?
Absolutely—even our EPDM membranes, primers, and cold-applied systems are designed for the UK’s wet and variable weather. We can help you find the right product for your project type and working environment.

Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Larger or palletised deliveries may be tracked through our delivery partners.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes — many orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for next working day delivery, subject to stock and location. Select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’re happy to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How are orders packaged?
All orders are securely packed to minimise movement and damage in transit. Membranes are rolled, sealed, and boxed or palletised depending on size. Fragile items (e.g. sealants) are individually protected.
Can I use your adhesives with other membranes or brands?
We always recommend using adhesives, primers, and sealants that are compatible with the system you’re installing. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll check for compatibility.
How do I store unused roofing products?
Store adhesives, sealants, and primers upright in a dry place between 5°C and 25°C. Membranes should be kept in their original roll and away from direct sunlight.
Can I collect my order in person?
We currently do not offer in-person collection, but all items are shipped quickly and securely from our UK warehouse. If you need something urgently, please call us before ordering.
